Jessica Bowman
Litigation Outreach Specialist
Jessica is the Litigation Outreach Specialist for the Freedom Foundation’s Theodore L. Stiles Center for Liberty. She establishes and maintains relationships with media representatives and provides legal support for the Foundation’s public interest litigation. She holds a bachelor’s degree in politics, philosophy, and economics from the University of Washington and is currently pursuing a master of public policy from Liberty University. In her spare time, Jessica enjoys volunteering with family support groups at Joint Base Lewis-McChord where her husband is currently serving active duty.
